Group Class Schedule
March 1 - May 2, 2010
We ask that all students take a 45-minute initial session (with either instructor) before joining a group class. This session allows us to help you design a personal workout plan and allows you to gain a basic familiarity with the movement in a one-on-one setting.
Class space is limited. Please contact the instructor of the class that you are interested in taking for space availability or other questions.
Please check with instructor for class schedule during the holidays.

Class Descriptions
Essential Pilates
This is a classic Pilates class. Level may vary from beginning to intermediate and pace is moderate. Some small equipment may be used.
Lunch Hour Pilates
Feeling sluggish around the middle of the day? Take a quick vacation from your day with this class which will get your blood moving and leave you feeling taller, stronger, and ready to face the rest of your day!
Mom and Baby Pilates
A relaxed and fun workout for mothers and their young babies. Come focus on getting your strength back after pregnancy, playing with your baby as you exercise, and meeting other mothers and babies in the community. This class is ideal for Moms from 6wks-1yr after delivery, but all Moms and young ones are welcome. Exercises will strengthen your back and core, target buttocks, hips and thighs, encourage flexibility and good posture and will probably make your baby giggle.
Morning Pilates
A great way to start your day -- this class will take you through a gentle warm-up and build towards more challenging exercises throughout the class. You will leave feeling taller, more awake, and ready for the day! Level is beginner through intermediate and pace is moderate.
Prenatal Pilates
This class combines exercises and education to prepare you for the birthing process. You will learn about possible complications associated with exercise during pregnancy and how to avoid them. Special emphasis is placed on strengthening the abdominals and pelvic floor safely using the stability ball. Use this time to relax, unwind, and take care of yourself.
Small Equipment Pilates
We get out all the toys for this class – stability balls, barrels, rollers, bands, toning balls, and more. The use of small equipment can modify traditional mat exercises to make them more challenging or easier depending on the exercise and the equipment. This class offers variety and a change of pace from the traditional mat class. Level varies from beginning to intermediate and pace is moderate.
